Intro to Starting FULL

Intro to Starting FULL is an excellent 4-week program that will lay a strong strength and endurance foundation. The program includes running, biking, rowing, and the optional swim sessions. Two lifting workouts will be done every week. This program is run on RPE. Which means that it is highly individualized. RPE is a 1-10 self-measurement scale. RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion. A 7 out of 10 running pace for you, might not be the same 7 out of 10 running pace for someone else. This is not about body building. It’s about being strong in different positions, while building muscle and power. Follow this program to go from “I want to get into…” to “Wow I kind of like running now”.
