Intro to Starting CARDIO is an excellent 4-week program that will lay a strong endurance foundation. The program includes running, biking, rowing, and the optional swim sessions. This program is run on RPE. Which means that it is highly individualized. RPE is a 1-10 self-measurement scale. RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion. A 7 out of 10 running pace for you, might not be the same 7 out of 10 running pace for someone else. Follow this program to go from “I want to get into…” to “Wow I kind of like running now”.
